About Dr. Tal Rada

What is Āyurveda?
Āyurveda is an ancient system of natural healing that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The word Āyurveda comes from Sanskrit: “Āyus” means life, and “Veda” means knowledge - together, it is the science of life.
Āyurveda views health as a dynamic balance of body, mind, and spirit, deeply influenced by nature. Much like modern physics, which reveals that everything is interconnected and in constant motion, Āyurveda sees the human being as part of a larger system.
Through personalized care - using food, herbs, physical treatments, and inner awareness - it helps restore harmony and aligns you with your true nature and rhythms of life.
What is an Āyurvedic consultation?
An Āyurvedic consultation is more than a visit - it’s a cathartic dialogue.
During the consultation, the physician observes and assesses your psycho-physical state according to your individual constitution (Prakriti) - your inherent blueprint. The physician identifies your current imbalance (Vikriti) -
the deviation from your natural state of harmony.
The physician provides guidance on restoring the delicate balance in which body and mind function in harmony - supporting your return to a grounded, authentic sense of self.
Health Benefits
The goal of the Āyurvedic journey is Svastha - a Sanskrit word that means “to be established in oneself.” It is a personal and dynamic state of inner balance and harmony that allows you to live fully, peacefully, and with vitality.
Svastha is not a one-time achievement, but an innate state of balance to be cultivated and sustained throughout life.
Dr. Rada supports you on this path with personalized, holistic care, helping you nurture and sustain your well-being.
